We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, away from the madness of the city but still close enough to explore. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view. We loved the amenities provided, such as the free toiletries and the washing machine and dryer. The staff was friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The hotel also had excellent leisure facilities, including a pool and terrace. we felt like we were at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Playa del Carmen and had an amazing experience. The location was fantastic, being only a five-minute walk from the famous Fifth Avenue and the two best beaches in town. Despite being close to all the action, the rooms were surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The rooftop pool offered breathtaking ocean views, and I never had trouble finding a chair. Everything in the hotel was kept impeccably clean, and there were convenient amenities nearby such as fruit markets and a grocery store. I couldn't have asked for a better location and comfortable stay.
The sink in the shower had an unpleasant smell, which was a minor inconvenience during my stay.

Spacious room with lots of storage, fridge, coffee machine, cutlery, hot shower, toiletries. Secure parking and friendly staff. 15 min walk to the beach. Can't comment on pool or food as we didn't use them.
